Inspirational fused glass artist Paul Messink, will be delivering a talk at our Bristol studio on Sunday 18th June 2017 at 2pm.
Fresh off the plane from the states, Paul will talk specifically about the roads in his work that disappear into the fog, and the significance and meaning these scenes have to him. He will also discuss his influences, processes, working techniques, and as the title suggests, the journey he's made as an artist to where he is today. The talk will be followed by a Q+A session.
Paul specialises in using System 96 glass and enamels to create stack fused works that harness a wonderful sense of depth and a mysterious tone. We are extremely excited about welcoming him to the UK to deliver the talk - it's not one to miss!
