Toyo Spare Glass Cutter Head
Three types of Toyo replacement glass cutter wheel heads to choose from:
The TC10 is the narrow 'pattern' spare head which fits the Super Glass Cutter, Toyo Custom Grip Cutter and the Pistol Grip Cutter. It can also be used with Cutters Mate & Beetles Bits products. It is a 140 degree honed wheel with a cutting head with a smaller profile. This is the replacement for the TC1 which is supplied with your Toyo Super Cutter. It is great for cutting curves and shapes due to the narrow profile, which rotates more easily. It is the most popular multi purpose Toyo Head and the best choice for glass artists, in fusing, stained glass or foil work.
The TC600 head is a 153 degree hone angle wheel. A wide cutting head stays close to cutting edges / squares more easily. It is designed for thick glass. It can be used on our Pistol Grip Cutter.
The TC17 is for our Brass Professional Super Cutter, with a 140 degree hone angle wheel. The wide head is best for straight cuts along cutting edges / squares.

Toyo is a professional choice and highly recommended by us. A tungsten carbide wheel which lasts very well in comparison to steel, and the heads work with the wick system that dispenses glass cutter oil onto the glass via a pressure release system. Use with Creative Glass Guild cutting oil for best results.
