Stainless Steel Square Dam
This square stainless steel dam is 3mm thick and will stand up to high temperatures for kiln use.
We would recommend lining the dam with super wool fibre paper to stop the glass from sticking to the steel, alternatively you can spray ZYP Boron Nitride spray on the dam to do the same job.
These dams are perfect for damming thicker pieces (above 6mm), strip fusing, mesh melts, pot melts, combing and much more!
Option to purchase with either a small or large rake and a pair of welders gaunlet gloves - an essential for the safety of your hands and arms when working with a hot kiln.

Rectangular Dam - great product and much better than a ceramic mould
By Jill ChadwickLine with fibre paper and kiln paper the shelf and you're all set to go. Easy to use and much less chance of it getting stuck than a ceramic mould. Cheaper to buy too.
