MUD Baubles with Margot Clark
You may already be using MUD to paint beautiful textured designs on glass, but did you know that it can also be used on other materials, without needing to fire it? On this fun and festive day (in June!) embellish two Christmas baubles with MUD. This course will be taught by the wonderful Margot Clark, decorative painter and creator of MUD who will be visiting us from Florida on a rare UK trip.
Learn the art of MUDDING on both baubles and cardstock. The technique consists of learning construction of the various designs using MUD (a glass texture medium that can air dry or be kiln fired) in a decorating bag with a metal writing tip and Margot’s Miracle Brush. Create two different baubles and a variety of designs on pretty cardstock that can then be used to create greeting cards. MUD will be used air-dried in this class but all the techniques learned can be used on glass and be kiln fired.
Margot will also be teaching a three day masterclass on painted enamel techniques for glass, you can see that course listing here.
