Create bold contrast and crisp definition with Reusche Black Enamel Series Glass Paint. This professional powdered enamel is ideal for stained glass, fused glass and kiln-formed glass, producing a deep black kiln-fired finish that enhances both traditional and contemporary glass artwork.
Perfect for outlining designs, painting silhouettes, decorative borders, lettering, geometric patterns and dramatic background elements, Black is an essential colour for adding depth and definition to your work. It also mixes well with other Reusche Enamel Series colours, allowing you to create custom tones, deepen shades and achieve subtle shadowing effects across a wide range of projects.
Unlike pre-mixed enamels, Reusche powders allow you to control the viscosity by mixing with Gum Arabic and water or your preferred Reusche painting medium. Whether you're applying fine detail, expressive brushstrokes or smooth washes, you can tailor the consistency to suit your painting style. As with all true enamel colours, we recommend firing a small test piece on clear glass before completing your finished artwork to reveal the fully developed fired colour.
