Everglade is perfect for painting tranquil lakes, reeds, marshlands, pine forests, peacock feathers, dragonflies, tropical foliage, ocean waves and Art Deco-inspired patterns. Its versatile teal tone blends beautifully with other colours in the Reusche Hot Glass Series to create subtle turquoise shades, rich woodland greens and dramatic coastal palettes, making it an excellent choice for both realistic and contemporary glass artwork.
Unlike pre-mixed enamels, Reusche Hot Glass Series paints give you complete creative control. Simply mix the powder with Gum Arabic and water or your preferred Reusche painting medium to achieve the consistency you need for intricate detailing, smooth gradients or bold areas of glossy colour. As these are true glass enamels, the final colour, opacity and gloss develop during firing. We recommend firing a small sample on clear glass first to appreciate the finished result before committing to larger stained glass or fused glass projects.
