Reusche Tracing Black (Base) Enamel Glass Paint
Achieve crisp outlines, detailed linework and professional shading with Reusche Tracing Black Base Enamel Glass Paint. This high-quality powdered enamel has been developed for stained glass, fused glass and kiln-formed glass artists who need strong definition and a rich black base colour for their designs.
Ideal for traditional stained glass painting, decorative borders, lettering, wildlife artwork, portraits, architectural details and botanical illustrations, Tracing Black Base produces clean, controlled lines while also allowing for expressive brushwork and shading techniques.
Unlike pre-mixed enamels, Reusche powders let you control the consistency by mixing with Gum Arabic and water or your preferred Reusche painting medium. Colours within the Enamel Series can be blended together to create custom shades and tonal variations. As with all true enamel colours, the final fired appearance develops during firing, so testing a small sample on clear glass is always recommended before beginning your finished project.
