Grey & White Opal - Oceanside 96
Wispy opal
Oceanside Wispy Opals are approximately a 50/50 blend of cathedral colour and white opal glass. Rich colours with gentle streaky patterns are characteristic of this glass that offers reduced light transmission without complete opacity. This stunning streaky art glass expands your creative possibilities! Bold, rich colours in exciting swirls and streaks will add that extra something to make your projects stand out.
The delicate wisps of opal in sheets of our Wispy glasses will soften and be less pronounced in a full fuse. Heavier amounts of variegation typically will not change much when fired.
- Ideal for fusing projects, can also be used in standard stained glass, traditional painting on glass and copper foiling applications

Gorgeous colours
By Cari WattertonIt can be hard buying glass online sometimes but this picture does a great job of capturing the glass as is! This glass is opaque but does let light through, which comes through in light amber tones. This was perfect for the piece I was making that was a memorial for a dusty tabby cat. One side is often more wispy and the other softer transitions, making it versatile for different pieces.
