Inspired by the colours of fire and molten glass, Flame Red is perfect for painting poppies, poinsettias, cardinals, ripe cherries, classic British phone boxes, racing stripes, festive decorations and eye-catching contemporary artwork. Blend it with other colours in the Reusche Hot Glass Series to create fiery oranges, rich burgundies and bespoke shades that bring your artistic vision to life.
Unlike pre-mixed enamels, Reusche Hot Glass Series paints give you complete control over the painting process. Mix the powder with Gum Arabic and water or your preferred Reusche painting medium to achieve the ideal consistency for everything from crisp detail work to bold, expressive brushstrokes. Because these are true glass enamels, the full colour develops during firing. We recommend testing a small sample on clear glass first to appreciate the final gloss, opacity and colour intensity before completing your project.
