Muranese (Florentine) - Clear MU01

Please note that due to the nature of how this glass is made it is common for the glass to contain roll marks - please consider this may be a factor when designing your project.

Muranese is a textured rolled glass with a pressed flower effect, also known as florentine. It is often used in Victorian windows and comes in a nice range of subtle shades.

  • Ideal for stained glass and copper foiling projects
  • 3mm thick approx (may vary)

    Perfect pattern match

    I found the pattern on the glass matched the glass from an original Victorian panel perfectly, but as it says, this is perfectly clear and whilst my original glass had a slight blue hue, it was no problem for my project as I was able to mix them up in the pattern. It cuts and grinds really well.
