Reusche Leather Brown Hot Glass Series Glass Paint

Recreate the rich warmth of aged leather, polished timber and earthy natural tones with Reusche Leather Brown Hot Glass Series Glass Paint. Designed for stained glass, fused glass and kiln-formed glass, this premium powdered enamel produces a full gloss, opaque finish that develops exceptional depth and richness after high-temperature firing. Its classic mid-brown colour is perfect for adding warmth, realism and timeless character to both traditional and contemporary glass artwork.

Leather Brown is ideal for painting saddles, belts, boots, tree bark, woodland animals, antique furniture, rustic cabins, woven baskets and vintage-inspired stained glass panels. It also blends beautifully with other colours in the Reusche Hot Glass Series to create realistic wood grains, warm chestnut hues, darker umbers and subtle shading, making it an invaluable colour for artists seeking natural-looking finishes.

Unlike pre-mixed enamels, Reusche Hot Glass Series paints put you in complete control of your painting process. Mix the powder with Gum Arabic and water or your preferred Reusche painting medium to achieve the perfect consistency for detailed line work, smooth gradients or bold areas of glossy colour. As these are true glass enamels, the final colour, opacity and gloss develop during firing. We recommend testing a small sample on clear glass first so you can confidently assess the finished fired result before completing larger stained glass or fused glass projects.
